Payment & Cancellation

HOW IT WORKS

1. Apply

Submit the rider or crew form. It's an expression of interest — no charge yet.

2. Deposit

Once accepted, pay the deposit to lock in your early-bird price and place.

3. Balance

Full balance is due 60 days before departure (1 April 2027 for the full expedition).

4. Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable. Balance is refundable up to 60 days before departure, 50% up to 30 days, then non-refundable.
