1. About us
This website is operated by UK2WestAfrica Adventure Challenge, organiser of a motorcycle expedition from the United Kingdom to Guinea. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Rider registration
Registering interest as a rider does not guarantee a place on the expedition. All applications are reviewed, and final acceptance depends on experience, documentation, medical fitness, and available capacity. Motorcycle expeditions carry inherent risks; riders are responsible for their own licence, insurance, visas, health, and equipment.
3. Sponsorship
Sponsorship enquiries are non-binding until confirmed in a separate written agreement. Logo usage, deliverables, and payment terms are set out in the sponsorship agreement, not on this site.
4. Donations
Donations support the Ride Safe Africa Initiative (road-safety training, helmet distribution, accident-victim support). Donations are voluntary and non-refundable except where required by law or in the case of a processing error — contact us within 14 days if you believe a donation was made in error. Payment is handled by our third-party payment provider under its own terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or admin dashboard;
- Interfere with the site's security, availability, or performance;
- Use the site for anything unlawful.
6. Content and intellectual property
All text, images, logos, and videos on this site are the property of UK2WestAfrica Adventure Challenge or licensed to us, and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Liability
We provide the site "as is" and make no warranty that it will always be available or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
